About Us

We believe in a world where

every child has a safe and loving family Maheba Foundation

In 2017, we planted an ECDC (early child development Centre) in Mukono-Nama, Uganda, which later birthed a primary school to bridge the education gap between OVCs, disabled and able children Since then, we’ve rescued orphaned and abandoned children, placing them in loving families. And we’ve come alongside vulnerable women, equipping them with skills and empowering them to be community model mothers and leaders As the foundation grew, so did the need to facilitate support MAHEBA (which means “mother of love”) is a family made of people from all over the country who are working together to ensure that the forgotten have a place to belong. 3-4 At Maheba Foundation, We believe in a world where every child has a safe and loving family. Be part of us.

How can we best respond to their needs

We train local community senior members - parenting practices and set up community model homes, the trainees later become reach-out ambassadors to more families in crisis
